Data & Attributions

Homeir stands on Ireland's excellent public data. We're required - and glad - to credit each source. These bodies do not endorse Homeir, and any errors in how the data is presented are ours, not theirs.

A note on accuracy
Public datasets are refreshed on their owners’ schedules and can lag reality. The Property Price Register in particular has a delay between a sale closing and its registration, and records price, date and address but not floor area - so Homeir’s valuation is a statistical estimate, clearly labelled as such throughout a report. Always confirm anything material at the official source before relying on it.
